Privacy Policy

Who we are

Numidi(“we”, “us”) operates the website numidi.com. We design intelligent operational systems. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

We act as the data controller for the limited personal data described below.

Data we collect

We keep data collection to the strict minimum:

  • Contact form. When you reach out through our contact page, we collect your name, email address, your message, and optionally your company name. These are used solely to read and reply to your enquiry.
  • Usage analytics. We measure aggregated website traffic using Umami, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool. It is cookieless and does not track you across websites. Details below.

Audience measurement

numidi.com uses Umami, an audience-measurement tool that we host on our own infrastructure (stats.numidi.com, a dedicated server located in the European Union, hosting provider IONOS). The data stays on our server: it is neither shared, sold, nor transmitted to any third party.

This solution respects your privacy:

  • no cookies and no advertising identifiers;
  • no directly identifying data (no name, no email, no stored IP address);
  • your IP address is not stored (used only ephemerally to infer the country, then anonymised);
  • no tracking across websites or from one day to the next.

The information collected is aggregated and anonymous (page views, referrer, device type, browser, OS, country) and is used solely to understand and improve site traffic.

In line with the recommendations of the French data protection authority (CNIL), this audience measurement — anonymous and limited to statistical purposes — does not require consent (and therefore no cookie banner).

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) of Numidi in measuring and improving traffic to numidi.com.

How we use your data

  • To respond to messages you send us through the contact form.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or automated profiling.

Legal basis

For contact-form data, our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. For cookieless aggregated analytics, our legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in measuring and improving our website, with no impact on your privacy.

Sharing and processors

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our mailbox via our email hosting provider (IONOS), which processes the message in order to transmit it. Aggregated analytics are processed on our own self-hosted infrastructure. We do not otherwise disclose your data to third parties, except where required by law.

Data retention

We keep contact messages only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted. Aggregated analytics contain no personal data and may be retained for statistical purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data you have shared with us, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through the contact page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page along with a revised “last updated” date.
